Après la confirmation de la réservation il sera versé un
accompte d'un montant de 30% de la somme due sous un délai d'1 semaine.
In the case of cancellation...:
to start we wormly invite our future guests….not to cancel their booking !!…. but if it really is not possible to do anything alse these are our rules:
For cancellations made more than one month before the date of arrival:
the deposit will be valid for another booking, as long as the new booking is for an apartment booked within one year of the cancelled booking (for an equal amount, otherwise proportionally).
For cancellations made within one month of the date of arrival: the deposit is considered to be lost
In no case is the deposit returned.
