Immersed in the roman country, not far from the most important historical places, the ancient farmhouses S. Nicola have kept the original nineteenth-century structure. cofee-break and meeting.

cooking, where possible to add one or two single beds or
in alternative in apartment composed by:
a matrimonial room, a room with 4/6 places bed, a kitchen,
one bath.

the ancient flavours the most simple and genuine the guests
will have the possibility to buy marmelade of the orchard,
olive oil from the first pressing "cold", Albana dry wine
d.o.c and productes of the vegetable garden, which is cultivated
by the landlady following the methods of the biologiacal
cultivation.




The recently
renovated “silo” tower for 4 peoples has been transformed
into an enchanting well furnished appartment. The silo is
divided into three floors connected by a small spiral staircase
winding up the tower.
On the ground floor, there is a small living room with a double
sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen complete with a washing
machine, oven, stove, table and chairs.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed,
bathroom with shower and sink and a delightful small balcony
with a view of the stunning panorama.
On the second floor, there is a beautiful studio with a sofa
and a terrace with a lovely view of the grounds.
